Bundesliga: Koln v Borussia M'gladbach (Fri, 19:30)

HT draw: Both teams are struggling for form with Koln having scored just two goals in their last five matches and M’gladbach having conceded seven in their last two without reply. Koln have been level at half-time in six of their nine home games against teams placed 9th-15th since 2008/09. M’gladbach have drawn the first half in six of their last 10 away games as well as in seven of their last 12 trips to bottom-half teams.

Serie A: Palermo v Inter (Sat, 20:45)

HT draw: Palermo are unbeaten in 20 home matches with 15 wins which has included victories in all of their last seven games. Unfortunately for the hosts, teams that have won their last five home matches are winless in eight games hosting Big Four teams — W0-D5-L3, HT W0-D5-L3. Palermo have drawn the first half of four of their last six home matches against Big Four teams while Inter have gone into the break level in four of their last five on the road (FT W1-D3-L1). The visitors have been tied at the interval in half (8/16) trips to top-six sides since 2007/08.

Serie A: AC Milan v Napoli (Sun, 14:00)

HT/FT W/W: AC Milan are now just one point behind arch-rivals Inter Milan in the race to the Scudetto. The hosts have won eight of their last 10 home matches with seven W/W doubles. Furthermore they have recorded W/Ws in all of their last five games hosting top-half non-Big Four teams (four wins by two clear goals). Napoli have been beaten in 55% (18/33) of their away fixtures since the start of last season and also in eight of their last 11 trips to Big Four opposition (eight HT defeats).

Bundesliga: Wolfsburg v Hertha Berlin (Sat, 16:30)

+3.0 goals: Wolfsburg have won their last four matches while Hertha have lost three in a row. Wolfsburg have three or more goals in 27 of their 30 home games since the start of last season with 17 having +3.5 goals. Further, they’ve had over 2.5 goals in 14 of their last 16 home matches against bottom-six teams with half having +3.5 goals. Hertha have had +2.5 goals in eight of their 13 away games this season including four of the last five.

Serie A: Sampdoria v Juventus (Sun, 19:45)

HT draw: These two teams are separated by just one point in the Serie A table. Sampdoria have been tied at the interval in six of their last 11 home matches and also in seven of their last 10 home fixtures against Big Four opposition. Likewise, Juventus have drawn the opening 45 minutes of six of their last 11 away matches and also of seven of their last 10 trips to top-six clubs.
